Cansu COL (she/her)
Cansu Col (she/her) is the founder of Education Principles, bringing over 15 years of expertise in project and change management and 10 years in education and Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity (DIE). She is dedicated to empowering individuals and organisations through innovative educational design, compliance strategies, and career development programs.
With a strong focus on EdTech and agile workflows, Cansu has collaborated with leading education providers like TAFE NSW, UTS, ICMS and Navitas, developing foundational skills programs, micro-credentials, and Work Integrated Learning (WIL) initiatives. Her expertise spans business, leadership, project management, and community services, with a commitment to creating inclusive and sustainable learning environments.
Cansu’s leadership philosophy emphasises psychological safety, equity - inclusivity, and advocacy for LGBTIQ+ and marginalised communities, driving Education Principles to deliver transformative solutions that foster growth and success for diverse stakeholders.
